A mixed media box and Layout- Bo Bunny

Hello everyone!  Thank you so much for all your kind comments in my previous post you make my day! :)  Today I share with you two projects that I created with the Felicity collection by Bo Bunny. The first one is a mixed media box that bought it  in my local Dollar Tree store and I altered using Bo Bunny and Pentart products...

I covered the lid of the box and the bottom borders with the Serendipity paper and the rest of the box with the Wonderful paper.

I added textures on the box's lid with the Lace Stickable Stencil and the Bo Bunny gesso. I cut out many flowers from the Lattice paper to make the dimensional flower on the top.  Finally, I added some Penart 3D Balls with the Express glue and  made some dots with the Sugar Pearlecents.

Felicity collection papers: Serendipity, Lattice, Wonderful
Sugar Pearlescents
Penart - 3D Ball, Express Glue

"These Precious Moments" Layout
I made a mixed media page with lot of layers and many different dimensions. I worked with the Felicity collection.   I specifically chose the Felicity Lattice paper and with a craft knife I cut some of the flowers as you can see in the photo below. I also cut out some flowers from the Felicity  and some clocks from the Serendipity papers.
I worked with the 3L Crafty Foam Tape to create dimension in my flowers, the clocks and my photo . This foam tape is perfect-not too bulky or too flat and is the perfect dimension and the best thing is it's a strong adhesive.

"These Precious Moments" is a sticker from the Combo Stickers sheet from the same collection that I matted with a piece of paper and used as my title.

You can see from this angle the dimension in the layers. I added textures in the background with the Flower Power Stickable stencil and white gesso. Then I painted with acrylic paints and added the 3D balls with gel medium from Pentart products.

Bo Bunny Supplies:
Felicity Collection- Pattern papers: Felicity, Lattice, Serendipity,
Felicity Combo Stickers
Bo Bunny White Gesso

3L Scrapbook Adhesives Supplies:
Crafty Foam Tape

Pentart Supplies:
3D balls, Creamy Acrylic-blue, Primer Paste gesso white

January Sketch Challenge- My Creative Scrapbook!

Hello! I share with you today a page inspired in the January sketch by My Creative Scrapbook. I made this page with the Limited Edition kit that is featuring: Kaisercraft- Oh La La collection and Prima Marketing products, let's take a look at all the details...

These are my lovely nieces at Disney last December.  The great about MCS kit is that all products are perfectly coordinated and it's easy to create with it. I cut out some flowers, leaves, and butterflies from the papers . I used the kit' stencil to follow the sketch design and add textures at the same time.  I used two chipboard frames in this page, one for the photo and in the other I added a clock like embellishment.

January SketchFor a chance to win, create a layout based on this sketch using any products that you'd like to use, and link it up on our sketch blog.  The challenge is open to everyone, everywhere (you do not need to be a kit club member!) and ends at midnight Eastern time on February 14th.

Shabby Holidays pages and Video Tutorial- Blue Fern Studios

Hi everyone! Happy New Year! I hope all you are good. I have been  complicated with my health and the doctor sent me to the hospital last December and I'm still recovering,  it has taken a long time to return to normal again that's the reason I have been disconnected from my blog.  I have some projects from December  that I didn't share yet and two of them are my last projects and video tutorial for Blue Fern Studios
I found this photo of my kids Pao was four and Xander 8 years old.  I worked with the "Let it snow" paper here that I gave textures with different Blue Fern' stamps and embossing powder.  You will see the creative process in the video tutorial at the end of this post.

"Its a holly Jolly Christmas chipboard piece that I embossed with the frost -BF embossing powder.

You can see all the embossed background with all the textures.

I framed the photo with the Frosty Flake chipboard that I embossed with Icicle embossing powder.

My second page with the Vintage Christmas collection by Blue Fern Studios

I mixed both collection on this layout 1 and 2.  I love the Holiday Treats Paper side b, and I combined with the Christmas Vintage - Magical paper.  I cut out some images from both collection and a card.

I painted the Stars and Berries chipboard frame with gesso and next with distress ink.

I added the big white flowers from the Christmas Blooms package.

Here's the video tutorial, I hope you enjoy it!

Vintage Christmas Cards- Blue Fern Studios

Hi everyone! I can't believe in eleven days it will be Christmas day, so I've been making Christmas cards like crazy but I wanted to make them without dimension, you know sometimes it's hard to mail the card with lot of layers, flowers, etc... So I sat and made four flat cards with the Vintage Christmas 1 and 2 by Blue Fern Studios.
This collection is so beautiful that I just cut out some of the images, created a little of dimension with foam tape but not too much ;) , added textures with modeling paste, lace, some paint splatter, glitter and although have details, I can mail them by mail in a normal envelope.
I'm going to show one by one ...

I framed this card with lace, added a small soft blooms and in the background I added gel medium with glitter and white paint splatters.

I created a thin layer behind the paper with cheesecloth and lace. I cut out the adorable image from one of the paper and the sentiment from the Holidays card paper.

I tear the white paper to recreate a snow hill and added white paint splatters and pearlescent for the snow effect.

I painted the village chipboard with distress ink then I added texture paste to recreate the snow in the roof and in the trees. I made the same effect from my previous card and tear white paper to make the snow hills but this time I added glitter. I added the textures in the background with a stencil and modeling paste The sentiment is from one of the papers.
